  2. Is RoadRunners delivery option available to my area? Roadrunner deliery is available within Surigao City area only.

  3. Is Store delivery option available to my area? Store delivery is a delivery option arrange by the store owner, available within Surigao City area only.

  4. How much does store delivery option cost? Delivery fee is computed by the store owner which will be declared unto you upon the order process.

  5. Is there a minimum purchase requied to avail of Express Delivery? None.

  6. Will you redeliver my order if you were unable to locate my address at first attempt? Yes, courier is required to do 2nd attempt the same day.

  7. Will you refund my Store Delivery charges if the item does not get delivered on time?

    a. There will be a refund of shipping fee if item is not delivered based on promise date. Non-Cash On Delivery orders will receive the refund the following day while Cash On Delivery needs to wait until their orders are tagged as delivered. Cash On Delivery customers are still required to pay the shipping fee to the courier and refund will be sent via voucher.

  8. Will I get an email or SMS when my item is already for delivery?

    a. Yes, notification will be sent to your email once your order is sent to you by the courier on the actual day of delivery.

  9. How soon will my item arrive under Store Delivery?

    a. Orders will take 30 minutes to One hour upon completion of orders online.
